500g Sunflower seeds: Good source of polyunsaturated fat. Sprouting the seeds activate the enzymes and release the life force. Contains vitamins A, B, C and E, Calcium, Chlorophyll, Iron, Magnesium, Niacin, Phosphorus, Potassium, Amino Acids, Protein: 20-25%
500g Sweet Grass Blend: The sweetest green grass from a blend of Buckwheat, Barley, Wheat, Rye and Oats. All cereal grass and/or its juice is a specific food which can assist in fighting a whole range of chronic ailments – from simple anaemia to leukaemia; from a simple skin rash to skin cancer, from worms to ulcers.

Two drip trays. Our drip trays have no drainage holes and are perfectly sized for sitting our seedling trays in. The drip trays also hold water so that you don’t need to water as regularly, helping to conserve water. We have included 2 drip trays in our growing kits. To ensure a continuous supply of kitchen greens and grass you will generally have more than one tray growing at a time.
Two bags of soil-less growing medium enough for 5-6 crops. Our soil-less medium sprout mix is a mixture of vermiculite, perlite and peat moss.
